Pine Ridge Apartments

"Absolutely loved my time here at Pine Ridge. Had the privilege of being here for about 3 yrs, and would have stayed longer if it weren't for a new job relocation. And despite this, Cody (the on-site property manager) was able to work out a deal to lessen the penalty for breaking the lease - VERY much appreciated! What I loved about this place was the convenience for work, being a short 10min drive to the Pittsburgh airport. Cody and his crew always did a fantastic job keeping the property spruced-up and clean, the best of any complex I've been in. Any maintenance issues were attended to in a timely manner. When I was first scoping out different apartments, I remember this particular unit did not have a dishwasher in it (which was a deal-breaker for me lol!), so Cody said I'll put one in here just for you, if you promise to put in an application - and it was done and done. Cody really puts all of his effort into this community, and it shows! Pine Ridge is quaint, quiet little complex that (to my knowledge) never had any 'shenanigans' going on. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this complex to anyone considering something in the Pittsburgh-area!"

"I only lived there a year, but only did not renew my lease due to needing to be closer to family. The management there was so friendly and very responsive. They always did such a great job with timely snow removal in the winters, and kept up on the landscaping needs. My 1 bedroom apartment was was in really good shape. If there was the very rare need that I needed assistance with something, they took care of it in a timely manner. Highly recommend!"

"I lived Pine Ridge for almost 2 years. I will give 5 stars for the whole experience. Manager Cody is a nice guy, always with a smile on his face. If you need apartment maintenance, always get things done within one day. The community itself is super quiet and beautiful. Really like living there."

"I have lived at Pine Ridge Apartments for almost 7 years and I would gladly live here again. The area is quiet and parking is convenient. The apartments are spacious with plenty of closet space and shelving. The kitchen has all the room you will need, and each apartment has space for a washer and dryer (there is also a laundromat on the grounds if you don't have them). The grounds are well kept and my requests for maintenance have always received prompt attention. The area is only a few minutes' drive from the shopping center and a large assortment of restaurants. The property manager is always a smiling face and will make you feel at home. I don't have anything bad to say about my experience at Pine Ridge Apartments and would absolutely recommend it to anyone."

"An amazing place to live. I moved into the neighborhood in January of 2018 and the only reason I’ve left this establishment is for out of state relocation due to a job change. The property manager is simply the best. He knows how to talk to people, he actually listens and strives to take the very best care of his residents. During the transition from one state to the next, I had the hardest time getting everything situated but the property manager made leaving Pine Ridge as stress free as possible. Thank you so much Cody! You are the absolute best :)"
