"I've been living here for almost 4 years with my wife and it's definitely the best home experience of my life. We currently rent our 2 BR/BA single level home. The only finger we lift for maintenance of any type is to use the phone contacting the management office and they respond immediately. Lawn care/maintenance is done on a weekly basis without fail. Snow removal from driveway and walkways is done usually within the day sfter a snowfall."

"I would advise living elsewhere. We've had nothing but issues, the apartments are not well insulated by any means, our electric bill to maintain 70 degrees in the summer for 8 hours a day was over 180 dollars on average. Now in the winter, because of the same insulation, were over 160 on gas. With rent being over 1500 dollars at the minimum one would expect for window seals to be replaced when bad, door sweeps to be replaced before moving in and generally for maintenance to be more cooperative towards this matter. When brought up to maintenance it was made to be our fault for wanting to have a 70 degrees apartment in the summer, and they did nothing to fix the issue. I've reached out to management about issues with neighbor parking, to no success. They never even followed up. Circling back to maintenance, my girlfriend living with me had the displeasure of dealing with a newer maintenance worker who she said made her feel belittled, because God forbid she who has never dealt with many of the issues this place has provided have questions. The driveways are never cleared and I have damage to my vehicle from the many branches not cleared for months at a time. Bugs are a tremendous issue, almost all units are next to a hillside that is far from maintained, we've had multiple ticks found on us and our pets, upon moving in to this same regard we commented on a hole in the foundation near the laundry unit, we were told it was not big deal. To this day we still have to regularly spray insecticide in the room to keep to many earwigs, centipedes and spiders from making home. The few upsides notable are it is a quiet neighborhood, however there are no sidewalks. Secondly it is obviously in a good location, but with all the listed issues, a few more minutes of a commute are advised as little consequence. All in all, in freedom or even cranberry, you expect much more than what freedom crossing delivers for the price point."
