"The maintenance guy is so busy, it's hard to get ahold of him to fix anything, or to finish fixing something (small stuff) but the property owner/manager has been really helpful about working with people on getting up to date with their rent. A lot of people were laid off due to COVID & he could've just evicted them, but he didn't. So, they're decent people. For the most part, it's quiet & I haven't had issues with anyone."
"Lots of space for a two bedroom with decent storage, parking isn't an issue. But laundromat is in rough shape, washers rarely work and the pool isn't really open in the summer. Expect a high heating bill. The screen doors aren't well insulated."
