"I am sorry to say that I have become disillusioned in this place. I grew up on Midland Heights. I have nothing except happy memories of living here as an infant, toddler, clear up to the year I graduated from high school. Unfortunately, in the past 5-10 years the place has changed drastically I guess it is a combination of the management, the physical changes that have been made and even more so, the changes that were not made. There are now more empty apts there, than rented ones."

"Very nice place.. Has a lot of apartments and good sized parking lots. Always looks like it's just been mowed and the buildings are always in great condition. Looks like a very nice place to live."

"Lost my job so 1 month behind and got a 10 notice. Tried to set up a payment plan with the office and they were rude and not empathetic at all. Clearly they have a business to run and that’s all that matters"

"I lived there for about 4 years and the only thing I didn't like was they always raised your rent by time I left that place my rent was over $500 some lady named Marge was running the place and I don't know what was wrong with that woman but she used to give me an attitude all the time and I always paid my rent on time. My apartment was nice it was a three-bedroom I had central air a huge back porch that was built on and a shed in the back. I got a lot of family that lives there and they love it I liked it too but just didn't like the way they constantly raise your rent."

"Just moved from southern states and like it so far. Pricey to move into, but CHEAP rent for how nice and spacious it can be. Ppl are quiet but friendly. Staff is normally good about fixing things, keep the outside up good and very nice. They don't seem to mind my kid messing up their leaf piles. Playground in the middle of park, maybe small but tons of room to run and pretty nice to hang with your little ones. Like it so far."
