"Please please please do not move here. The management is absolutely awful. The maintance is sketchy too. They do allow smoking in the homes but you are not allowed to have any pets even visit. I even went as far as calling corporate for how unprofessional the manager was but they just brushed it off. The homes are nice however I had to pay out of pocket to have the place treated cause of spider problems. It was just too much for how much you pay it's not worth it and quite frankly no one being a respectful tenant should have to go through half the things i experienced here. They also didn't give me back my full deposit and i made sure the place was spotless on a daily basis let alone when I did move out. I would never want anyone to go through the experience i had. Please look for other places."

"Lived in the townhouses for a couple of years. Rent was reasonable. Rates go up each year by $20 or so. Neighbors were quiet. Dumpster near by for garbage. Parking spot is right in front of your doorstep. Pool could have been maintained more. Maintenance was prompt. Always showed up and fixed any issues. Unfortunately they have a key to your apartment and they will enter if you dont answer the door. There were two times that I was home and a man entered my apartment. Received full deposit and pet fee back after I moved. Bonus: there is a super Walmart nearby, planet fitness and a small movie theater."
