"I really HOPE that this ISN'T the SAME "HAMMOND RENTALS" that Owned "HAMMOND LUMBER & BUILDING SUPPLIES" & Owned a few Rental Property's IN & AROUND CORRY back in the LATE 70's & EARLY 80's. We RENTED a 2nd Floor Apartment in a Decent house from them at the CORNER of "W. FREDERICK ST. & N. CENTER ST." & during Our 1st Winter in CORRY, The DAMNED FURNACE went out at least 3 times. It got REAL COLD in that apartment in a matter of a few minutes. When I called a 3rd time, 1 of the HAMMOND Son's gave me a REAL NASTY ATTITUDE bc they HAD to drive in the COLD WEATHER. BOO HOO, IT GOT COLD INSIDE FAST. My Wife & I DIDN'T want PNEUMONIA. There ARE GOOD Landlords, There ARE BAD Landlords, These CLOWNS WEREN'T Either. They just DIDN'T give a DAMN as long as they got their MONTHLY RENT."
