"This place used to be Darrow Apartments, and it was REALLY nice. This 'Bayit Apartments' group bought out Darrow Place, and just raised the rent after abandoning the office closest to our apartment. Half of the laundromat is broken, the change machine and ATM are both out of order, and there's nobody to talk to at our office. It really feels like they don't care. The apartments are still good, but the buyout from Bayit Edonboro was very recent, and that may very well change over the course of a few years."

Very quick responses to any questions or concerns I had and made my moving out to a new state a smooth transition! They are also working hard with the residents to improve living there by upgrading the laundry mat and more. It was nice having owners who actually listen to their residents."
