"Had a party with my mother no one bothered us. Didn't know if the other residents would stay away but they did."
"My mother was a resident here during covid. Unfortunately, we lost her. Following her death we learned that she had been the 4th senior at North East Manor. HOW WERE WE NOT NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY OF THE 1st case? Well, that’s because Deb Cote was not there. She didn’t notify us. She did not ensure adequate measures were taken to keep the residents, our loved ones, safe. I have filed a complaint and am told an investigation is pending."

"There’s too much bullying and gossiping, nobody stays out of anybody’s business, if you go to the staff about it they’ll tell you to handle it on your own even though they have a no bullying policy and bullying is illegal. The staff is hardly ever there and it takes multiple calls to contact maintenance."
