"Wow. We’ve been many times over the years. Always a good experience. Our most recent experience deserves sharing. After our excited black lab grand dog, jumping with joy, sent our vintage floor lamp crashing to the floor, we needed a new glass top. The next morning, off to Doylestown Electric my husband went. He returned with two options. He was told to take them home and see which fits. The gentleman even searched and found a special screw for us that went missing. The employee took only his name and no money. Heartwarming. Brings back days of old! Shop local. What a great experience."

"Just purchased 3 fixtures from DES today. The gentleman was very kind and helpful and there was a wide selection. Whatever was not on the showroom floor, he was willing to special order, however, I was pleased with the floor and in stock purchases I made. As far as the person complaining about the 3% fee, with all of the discounts offered, it really didn't matter - I would have paid it either way and I wouldn't have left a one star review. Also, why anyone would leave a random one star review due to a car pulling out of the lot too quickly is absurd - shop local."

"Always shopped there until I purchased a product that did not work. Do not want to go into details but they would not take it back because they said it was used. If it worked I would not have been asking to return it! Very poor customer service. Why would I want to shop there if they don't care about satisfaction. Depot would be better. Very disappointed!"
