"I hate this specific chipotle. They are so stingy with their portion, and especially their protein portions. This started to become extreme in that regards since last summer specifically. Can only recommend going to the central Oakland one instead"

"This store can't keep up. The chicken is not freshly made. Most of the time it's a reheat from day before. Employees also love randomly yelling at customers when they do run out of food. All those "freshly made" chipotle commercials are a gimmick."

"Extremely rude staff. They keep the store really dirty. And give extremely less quantity of food. I've been to other chipotles and the difference is very stark. They should fire all these rude staff honestly. I walk all the way upto oakland to avoid this store. I don't think anyone who has ever eaten at this store had a good experience."

"I ordered a burrito online and paid extra to get queso and guac. I bite into my burrito that is approximately the size of my fist and it is entirely rice. To add insult to injury, they forgot both my queso and guac, WHICH I PAID EXTRA FOR. I paid $12 for essentially just rice with a sprinkle of toppings. Y’all see any toppings in this pic? Neither do I. I had to drench it in hot sauce to eat it due to how dry it was considering it was basically just rice and contained almost none of the ingredients I ordered. It was the driest and most disappointing burrito I have ever eaten and I will most likely never go to a chipotle again after how offensive this experience was."

"Some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a chipotle. The girls were nasty the second we entered and practically yelled at us as we were waiting. And to top it off they BARELY filled the bowl at all. If they’re gonna be rude they might as well make up for it by giving us what we’re paying for."
