"I purchased an older house. Found out about 2 years ago a bump out addition was not put on properly. Tried for 2 years to get a general contractor to come out and do the work. One never returned my calls and the other was to get a price for me, but never called me back. I was given Doug's name as a person who could do the job. I contacted Doug and he instantly got my information and came to my house to get measurements and ideas on how to fix the issue. Doug kept in constant contact as far as what his plans were and scheduled a date with me for the fix. We were to get about 2-4 inches of snow the night prior and cold weather the day he was to come. I contacted him to see if he needed to reschedule. He said he would be there no matter what. He arrived right on time and completed the work exactly as we discussed. He and his crew did a great job!
