"I contacted Therm-Coil for a bake element for an out of production heating element for a Country Charm oven. I was initially impressed with their ability to help me. Rheinhold was responsive, sent me drawings Of the element I needed and went so far as to take my credit carb number to set up the purchase. Then, nothing.... since that time he has refused my calls, ignored my emails and not responded in any way. If they are not able to produce what I need, all they had to do was say so, but the silent treatment leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth for this company."

"I haven't had a chance to speak with Therm Coil, or visit them in person, but I did receive one of their elements for my aged kenmore oven today; previous element died mid-bread baking, so I was quite in need. My family used to own an appliance repair shop in Florida for many years, and if we still did we'd certainly be going to Therm Coil for elements.
