"So....let's be honest. They collect taxes - nothing to get excited about. Nearly everyone on this board that has posted a negative review has been caught in some colossal screwup either by a borough, school district, or sewage authority. In either case, JTS is useless other than to tell you a balance, print papers, and ask for payment. I've had to call them recently to deal with a sewage billing issue from when I used to live in the area. In my situation, the staff was very friendly to help me understand options for payments and getting it to them in an expedited fashion. The real problem is their technology - it makes them extremely difficult and impossible to want to deal with. The third-party vendors they partner with are horribly behind by at least a decade. In the year 2024, it should not take several days for a debit card payment to clear, or only accept checking as the default option on their billing website. Most of all, having to listen to explanations as to why it takes them so long to receive a payment is unacceptable. It demonstrates extremely poor management and leadership at the company and lack of forethought. Most of all, it represents lack of investment by owners of the company by using outdated technology. If you can pay a small water authority with a debit card and have it clear the next business day, JTS should be capable of it as well. They get two stars from me from having someone that was friendly on the other side of the phone. The three missing stars are for incompetent ownership unwilling to invest in their business and make the process easier."

"I agree with all the negative post. I had the same problem. All three offices have miserable people working for them.Check your bills I believe they are getting over alot of people."

"This was just the worst. The fees are ridiculous and they don't even try to contact you before you have to pay them, and then refuse to remove them once you finally catch on to them being shady. Businesses like this should go under."
