"So excited and happy with my new windows, beginning with wonderful service from John Ginty. He was kind and helpful when I was deciding on what I wanted, giving me all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. My 2 cats adored him, following him all over my house as we discussed what I needed, wanted, what would be available and in what time frame. He was open and honest with the cost and got the estimate to me by email very quickly. Communication was efficient and professional with every person I spoke to at Tom Adams while waiting for my windows to be custom built. They were delayed, slightly in being finished but it wasn't much longer than originally planned and didn't matter to me. I chose Tom Adams because of their experience in installation in older homes (early 1900s). I could not be more pleased with the installation. The installers (Elvis) were so nice, reliable and very respectful and responsive to ensure I would be happy with the finish. The capping is pristine, absolutely nothing I could even find wrong with it and inside the finishes are flawless. I found Yom Adams during their anniversary sale, which made their price lower than the other quotes I'd gotten and I'm so happy with the work, I plan to return for a storm and front door to match my beautiful new windows. I was nervous about this project as I've been duped with previous contractors in various ways. I cannot recommend Tom Adams enough. From start to finish, they were honest and the work blew me away!! Customer for life!"

Mike was our salesman and he was patient and helped us with every step of the process when picking our doors. But the highlight of our process, other than our new beautiful front door, was Luke! We will never let anyone install our doors for our new home, other than Luke. "Fantastic experience. My lawn service accidentally broke the panes of my sliding patio door, so I took the opportunity to replace the whole door. Tom Adams sent a service team to secure and board up the door to ensure the property stayed dry while the parts were on order - exceptional work for a fair price, and then did a fabulous job replacing the door when it arrived. Will definitely use Tom Adams again when the next project comes up - highly recommended for fair prices and high quality work. "Work done. Repaired custom door’s lock and windows hinges. Could not be done better. Glad Tom Adams started operating own crew of installers/repairmen. Used to be outsourced to a third party and the quality of installation was questionable. Not anymore, highly recommend.
