"Staff is not very friendly, never crack a smile. Parts, equipment and services are very expensive and not competitive with others locally or online. Every time I’ve gone in there for a small engine repair or replacement part, they don’t have it or don’t sell it. Orange Big box store has a better selection and friendlier people. It’s disappointing because they are so close and they have the opportunity to be a shop to be reckoned with. CDI if you’re reading this, do some research and see how you can expand your business to serve a larger community than the few brand products you stock and sell."
