"I ordered 55 balusters from them and order came really quick but 7 were damaged so reached back to get them replaced and no response for 2 weeks. I ordered 7 more since I needed to finish the job which I received quickly. I called and emailed them few more time over the next several weeks and still no response. I understand it’s smaller order but there is a courtesy to communicate back. Disappointed"
