"Purchased a GE Washer which I did not use until the second evening after it was delivered. The washer made a very loud grinding noise. I contacted Lowes the following day only to be told my return was not valid because they give you only 48 hours. Scheduled a technician to look at it after calling twice, no one contacted me after my first attempt. Finally someone came out, who called 5 mins before arriving, which I was never notified in advance that they were coming. Stated the washer was defective and that I needed a new one. Today I am trying to reach Lowes, with no success. I was disconnected the first time and my second call I was on hold for a very long time with just silence. Now I am on hold with GE for over an hour. This is ridiculous, haven't I been inconvenienced enough."

"I was trying to buy a new gas range... and oven hood... and maybe some other items. Lowes lost out because no one was available to assist me. I bought at PC Richard. Yes, that IS a KitchenAid at more than $1K."

They definitely show sympathy and empathy for my situation . There was an issue with my order, and the time Rachelle took to take care of me, was absolutely amazing. The customer service I receive was very professional. She made sure that the manager got involved to solve the problem."
