"I ordered large porcelain tiles 36 x72 from Floor and decor online, paid for delivery and received most tiles broken, as pictures attached to this review I contacted costumer care, that connected me to the Moorestown, NJ store manager, Sam. He said that the only way he could help me was if we collected all broken pieces, transported them to NJ at our cost and then he may be able to replace them. Our project is ongoing and not having the tiles is making us loose time and money. Not to mention the risk of getting hurt trying to pick up heavy pieces of broken porcelain tiles. I would not recommend this business."
