"I would most definitely not recommend visiting this place. I had never used them before and they were recommended by a family member. For starters, the staff was not very friendly acting as though I was somehow inconveniencing them or something. The staff, especially Jessica, seemed annoyed with me just for having to do my taxes. I only had maybe five pages of documents to do my taxes too, so they weren't overly complicated. My advice to this business is if you know someone is a first time patron go out of your way to treat them well! This is coming from a former business owner. Not impressed whatsoever."
