Not only did he go out of his way to assist me but his knowledge of the equipment was impressive to say the least. Terry was able to diagnose the problem merely from what I explained to him then outside in the parking lot confirmed his suspicions by putting in the elbow grease and taking the motor off the roller to reveal a blown seal. It took him all about 15 minutes to put it back together and send me on my way. Saving me hundreds of dollars and time in the process. Way to go Terry! Give this man a raise!"
