"Going in I approached a female who told me her name was Elle thinking “hey she’s not going to act like I’m stupid when I ask her my question” but nope. She literally called me stupid and began degrading me instantly. Elle needs to be put in her place because I definitely schooled her more than she thought she could “school” me. Sincerely, one customer who was about to spend a lot of money at your store if Elle didn’t degrade me the way she did."
"I don't know who put Elle or Ella or whatever her name is, in charge. But they need to reevaluate that decision. I've been shopping at this location for years and never got disrespected by the employees until she showed up. On multiple occasions I've seen and heard her yelling at customers and even employees calling them "idiots" and other rude names. There is supposed to be a hassle free exchange for items with a warranty. Normally I can be in and out in 3 minutes when I need something replaced through the warranty. But no, not with Elle. It took 45 minutes of her screaming and yelling like a child and name calling for me to finally get my replacement. She needs to be fired and replaced immediately. As this location will be losing a hefty bit of revenue this year if she remains in charge. I will not tolerate it."
"If I could leave no stars I would. I went in to return a faulty hydraulic jack the manager Ella then proceeded to call me and idiot and try to tell me I don't know how to use it. She took the jack from me proceeded to argue for almost 30 minutes while she’s cursing at me saying vulgar words and even a racial slur. Then one of the employees tried to help calm the situation, I feel bad for them because Ella then proceeded to yell and curse at the associate in front of everyone at the store just for Ella to pump up the jack in front of me while yelling at me. Then when I applied pressure the hydraulic pump failed just as I said. She then proceeded to try and turn it around on me as if I hadn’t just said the pump was failing I will never be returning to harbor freight again thanks to this experience. I was belittled, cursed at and even called a racial slur I’ll also be contacting corporate as well because I feel like I may I have a lawsuit on my hands now."
"Tools are cheap and dont always last a long time but returns and exchanges are easy. Always buy the warranty its definitely worth it. Great place if you're in a pinch"
