"Total Scam. I ordered a sign making template on 4-9-2021. They show it as having shipped on 4-13-2021. USPS still has not received the package to bring it to me. On 4-22-2021 They told me if it was not updated by 4-26-2021, they would reship. Now (4-28-2021) they aren't even responding to emails. This company scams people out of their money. They should be ashamed of themselves. Poor customer service, poor product fulfillment, and an apparent scam. Don't buy from them. Spend the extra to purchase quality products from a reputable source."

"I ordered a wood thread tap set (item 400-3708) back on June 16,2020 and still have not received them. Emailed customer service in July and was told they were on back order until August. Emailed again in September and was told again they weren't expected until October. November rolled around and called on Nov 16 to give my card info so they could charge it and ship them, but no communication. Called today, November 24, and was told they were still waiting on one bit to come in to complete the set then they will ship. When were you going to bring me into the communication loop? Why do I have to keep after you for updates on my order? I've been waiting over five months for these tools and been getting substandard customer service at best. I asked for any type of discount for this situation and my unacceptable wait time, and was told no. Eagle America in no way tried to make this situation right. Highly unimpressed. I will certainly not be giving Eagle America any of my business again, and everybody in my woodworking community will be informed and warned to stay away."

"I love their clothes but I am going on vacation in three days and I don’t have them and I will not have them. I know it is a tough time right now but when I live 30 minutes away from their store I expect 3 days to deliver. I need them and fast. Please what ever you do hurry up and please do what ever you can to get it to my house by Friday the 15th of may. Please. I love your store and I do not want to purchase anything from another store!"

"I have purchased from Eagle America a few times over the years and they have quality router bits that have lasted and are still serving me well. I placed an order recently for thread taps, where I knew they were out of stock at the time, but wanted to get my order in. When I called their customer service line a week or so later to check for an update, they were able to provide a prompt answer that they were arriving in stock within a couple of days. A few days after that, I had my order in hand."

"These people do not deserve one star. I recently purchased item #401-1202, cathedral raised panel templates. Absolutely the worst quality imaginable. Appears a 10 year old with a jig saw cut them out. Pathetic.! Have called and left message with their customer service and have emailed. That was 03/07/2018. Have not gotten a reply from them to date. I returned them. They refused to refund the full purchase price and shipping. Cost me $13 to return them. Avoid buying from the shysters at all cost!!"
