This hardware store is a multi level mecca for all your needs, if this place doesn't have it, chances are you don't need it!"

"We are a non profit organization. We hired this company to light our Holiday Festival this year. The rental was placed in our beautiful gazebo park for the event. When picking up their rental equipment, Wharton’s truck left huge ruts in our park. When we called the company about it, their representative was extremely rude, not listening, speaking louder instead of hearing us. and over talking our concerns about this public trip hazard and ugly scar that they caused in our park. Their person lied to us, saying the contract we signed relieves them of any responsibility of the damage they caused. Our lawyer looked over that contract, and verified that that’s not what the contract said. Wharton hardware is a careless company that lies to its customers. BEWARE! As to your response: You absolutely spoke over our concerns, I know because you were on speaker phone, you absolutely raised your voice and continued talking every time we tried to make a point. You even suggested that you would talk to your President. However because this was our first time renting from you, your company probably would not see any value in helping us. As you state in your answer, your not responsible for the safety hazard you created right in the middle of our town. So I reiterate, Buyer Beware!"
