As I stated in my rebuttal on my Facebook page my elderly mother who is 86 answered the phone because our business phone rings 24/7 in my parent's house on the farm. She did not laugh at your problem as you stated she was trying to be nice and sympathetic to your plight. I also live in Pennsylvania and stated I would clean my car off and come in to sell your fiancee the 5 bags of salt you claim he risked life and limb to come purchase , but he did not want to wait and said he was going elsewhere. At this point it did not seem that any follow up was necessary . this is a one in a million occurrence as I have THOUSANDS of happy customers over the 27 years I have been in business.."

"Terrible!!! My fiancé Had an appointment and even drove through snow and those horrible unplowed roads and no one was there to meet him because they said they forgot about the appointment. They just laughed and said the only thing they could do was say they were sorry and that's it!!! After driving all the way there in those crappy conditions nothing could be done to accommodate him. They didn't even call him back to try and work something out. I don't know how these ppl are still in business treating customers like that. Do not waste your time going there because thats exactly what it'll be... A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!"
