"Since they don't even have walk in pick up service anymore don't waste your time with this company! just use mc master carr Thank you for your follow-up, but I have an account and am a contractor, I called the store twice, and listened to the long disclaimer twice and pressed the option to talk to a team member and there was no service so I drove to the store to be locked out , with signage to read.what a waste of time, I then immediately ordered online from McMaster car and my hardware was delivered the next day"
