The quality, professionalism and in particular - timeliness - of the firm's services were low in my experience. Not that it's guaranteed or implied - but an actual successful "defense" would have been nice. Unfortunately, Stephen had no discernible power of persuasion over the assigned auditor to my case. The firm also billed me above the agreed upper end of my signed fee agreement ($3,000) without prior authorization. I left a more detailed review of my experience on Yelp."
