"I just was in there today,5/31/2022, and the customer service was pitiful. An associate approached me, I explained what I was interested in and he said he could help. As he sat at his desk the phone rang, he picked it up and had a very lengthy conversation with the person on the other end. I walked around the shop for several minutes and at one point, while he was still on the phone he said sorry to me but continued the phone conversation. After a couple more minutes he hung up and apologized. I responded by saying, "I understand, I am just a walk-in and that was most likely one of your regulars." He chuckled, which gave me the impression that I was right. I don't think I will be visiting them again, and I didn't get what I went in there for."

"I stopped in last winter because I saw their sign for ice melt. Found the staff to be courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. I first bought some pipe and drainage products, which really did the job. I recommended them to my neighbor, who is also happy with his purchases. Next, I bought a drip line irrigation system for some new trees I planted this past summer, and I'm very happy with it. During my visits, I spent some time looking at the extensive line of landscape lighting, which I will likely purchase for a project planned for the spring. All in all, a great find. They have unique products for landscaping, lighting, ponds, drainage, sprinklers, etc., as well as the knowledge and experience to recommend great solutions, and guide me on installation and usage!"
