"They do not answer the phone or return calls on most occasions. Ordered a large amount of diamondtex mid-February - Called twice and left voicemails to follow up on the order beginning & mid-march. When I finally got hold of someone a week before I needed delivery, (Mid-March), I was told there was a shortage and there would be no delivery. Was given a run-around as to how to properly maintain fields, etc. (Excuses). Had issues last year with this company as well. A call informing me there would be no dirt for our baseball fields would have been nice. Never again will do business with them and will tell others to stay away."
