"Worse place and ppl to deal with. So basically I can’t get my own taxes paper work from 2021 and 2022 which I misplaced. Called 4 consecutive days and getting run around. First day “ will look in to it and reach back at you” . Second day “Person is not in working who handle it”. Third day ok fine give me your email I will email you asap”. And yes forth day no answer no email and of course No body even answer the phone. And yes 5th day same story no answer. So we pay money to receive services for years and you can’t even get your own paper work when needed. Mrs John could do better and hire professional workers and get ride off clown's and robot working on main desk. Very disappointing after 10 years been doing business there."

"I gave the office manager Madeleine my deceased mother, daughter and my tax return information in April... It is now July and they won't return my calls!! My Daughter starts university in fall and I can not get financial aid. I even went up there. I can not believe this is legal! It should be 0 stars!! So unprofessional and probably illegal!"

"Let me start saying she is the best she has good knowledge about the tax returns and she has knowledgeable staff always guide you through My mom passed away all these lawyers told me I need to pay lots of tax for the transfer tax but she is so smart and I paid $0 for transfer tax because she knows what she doing I recommend her to the whole world I am never disappointed always is there for me any kind of help business help She also got us sba loans for our 2 separate business for covid relief without we would go very broke for that I’m very grateful and thankful to Mrs John help Let say again many lawyer I spoke in past 3/4 years they all gave me run around and crazy money they want . So what I say at the end Mr John is better than lawyer so all you family needs TRUTS etc come to her and of course Every year tax returns"

"One of the worse accountant . some one told me to go with her but she don't know what to do . she has a receptionist who doesn't know what is original and what is duplicate . After I pay them their attitude like they don't know me. They always lie to me with every thing . I just find out that she did same thing with some one also. They over charge me . The receptionist and CPA John are rude as always . But I am not goanna leave them. I will complain against them to Pennsylvania dept of Accountancy , IRS and department of consumer affair in PA ."

"This is the ABSOLUTE WORSE accountant ever. As of today February 18, 2014, I still have not received my 1099 from my agency because JOHN E O CPA has failed to have them ready by January 31, as required BY LAW. When I called to inquire about the status of my 1099, the woman who answered was very rude and ignorant. I am currently in the process of reporting this accountant to the IRS and BBB."
