"So, I was just in last week to buy some 2x3x8 Lumber. After I purchased the wood and walked into the Lumber yard, I gave this list to an older man with glasses and white hair. He then picked out my 2x3s (which I ordered 8 of). That same man tried to sell me the few that were bends, had server cracks throughout the middle. When I asked him why the lumber was so bent, He said " there all like that" I then walked to the pile and noticed that only a few were bent or had cracks out of like 100+ left. I then asked, could you give me the pieces were not bent. And the same old man said, "Have a good day" Just completely walked away from me and gave me extreme attitude. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Way to go old man, now I can't even complete my project. Now Geuss What, you lost a customer that will never return back. Go to Home Depot in Souderton or Warrington."

"Had my "custom home" built by Tom Hamburger in 2021. I had problems with one of three series 400 Andersen French doors in my family room closing properly. Contacted Wehrungs where my contractor purchased them. I was told to contact Andersen, the kiss of death for customer relations. I was told to measure the distances on the jamb to insure it was installed properly. Well, apparently it was NOT unless both of these screens are not square. It is out by greater than an inch on the left bottom but I am sure Tom would tell me it is within acceptable manufacturer standards... The hinges on the door were not even tensioned properly... 16May 2023 Wehrung's responded back something like they were not responsible for manufacturer defects for the products they sell. Maybe they should have Andersen in and give a class on correctly installing their products by the contractors. They could give e "approved installer " badges out. This double hung sill was obviously not shimmed correctly either by the contractor, unless it is another defect by Andersen ."
