"I don't know how this business can maintain 4.5 stars. Purchased a chainsaw from them which had a faulty oiler. Took it back and explicitly stated to have it looked at under warranty. 3 weeks later, no call, finally get a hold of someone who states that the total bill comes to $80 plus tax. No explanation of why this was not covered and just that the chain was replaced (parts charge of $40 when you can buy anywhere for $20), without ANY CONSENT. Do you drop your car off at the mechanic and give them carte-blanche to perform any service and charge you? Why should this business operate any differently? But go ahead and read other reviews about this that say the same thing. You have to explicitly state "estimate" at time of drop off. How is expecting a warranty service any different?"
"They short you bad on bulk firewood: I got half as much as what I paid for. And what I did get was mediocre quality, dirty, uneven sizes, and had a bunch of mulch mixed in."
"That is my favorite hardware store. They are always friendly and they have knowledge of what people want. Incredible concrete figures. They are a big family owned business. Mr Halod, his sons and his employees make everyone feel like family."
"Stopped in to look for plants that would do well in the shade of our tree, we found a very helpful person to take his time and help us pick out the best plants for us. He was very knowledgeable about plants and helped us make the best choice for us and our garden. Also the plants were very reasonably priced."
"Local garden store with a wide variety of flowers, plants, and various garden items. 1st time going here and was surprised how much stuff they had(would always pass the store and just thought it was smaller). Staff are nice and friendly, they're a little hardcore with their walkie talkies lol, but seems to keep them organized. Over all, great place to support local businesses!!"
