"People are so quick to put up false information. If you did not get your return its your problem follow up and how do you let anyone put incorrect information on your taxes if you are there. Never had a problem in five year"

"At the time of filing my return I thought "these people are great, I'm going to send them some business " BUT NOW 7 months later I never recieved a tax return, my stimulus check, I can't contact anyone from KC's to get information to give to the IRS in order to retrieve my stimulus payment &/ or income tax return. It's frustrating to me that in the midst of a crisis I am unable to get in contact with "a professional" whom I trusted to give me a simple answer so I can get money which I earned, deserve & now more than ever NEED!"

"If I could put zero stars I would. I didn't personally go here but know someone who went here and this company put false information on their return. They put thousands in deductions and all those thousands were a complete lie. This company puts false amounts all over the returns to benefit themselves. The more the individual makes, the more the company makes because they take hundreds of dollars when the refund comes in because they put the direct deposit to their company instead of the individual filing their taxes. Then after the deposit hits their account they pay the individual that filed. They should be shut down for good because I highly doubt they only did this to one person. DO NOT GO HERE! SCAM!"

"If there were a way that I could rate them without giving them any stars,I definitely would. I should have had an idea of what the service would be like, considering that it was a couple of ramshackle old desks in the lobby of a check cashing place, right at Somerset and Kensington Avenue. The set up was so dingy and beat up looking. The person who did my taxes was also very unprofessional to say the least. But since I was there already I figured that I would go ahead and give it a shot. There was a big sign in the window advertising that you could get your money in 5 minutes. I STRESS that I had stopped in just for that one reason. The woman did tell me that the rapid refund was not guaranteed. She said that she would charge me 80 for the WHOLE service. When it came time to put the request in for the rapid refund, she didn't even know how to do it. She had to call her boss on the phone. When I got a little nervous and questioned her about it, she told me that we would put the request in to the bank and if they denied it then we would start again and I would be able to have my refund back in 5 to 7 business days. Needless to say, the bank denied me. I wonder if she even put in the request. So then we sat down to sign the paperwork. This service that was supposed to only be $80 turn out to be close to 400. They did charge me the 83, but they also charged me $40 for the bank to supposably turn down the rapid refund request. They charged me $150 for an electronic filing fee. They charged me close to $30 for some kind of tech support. The whole process was a total rip-off and I was told it was too late to change anything because it was already put in. Now, I doubt that my check is going to come in 5 to 7 business days either she as she promised. If I wanted to put my taxes in online and wait 2-3 weeks I would have done it myself on TurboTax as I did last year. I did it there because I wanted the rapid refund. I am going to also put this review on the Better Business Bureau. I hope I can stop somebody else from getting ripped off as I was. Here I am again. Tomorrow Will be the 6th business day. My refund has been in the"received" column since the day that I put it in last week. I've been checking every day on the "where's my refund" site. Obviously, I am not going to get my refund by the 7th business day as promised. What a surprise! This whole process is one giant rip off. I wrote to the Better Business Bureau and I do expect them to make this right. I hope that I have saved other people from getting ripped off by these people as I was.DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!"

"Sketchy area but they are the Bomb. When you come here you know you getting the most for your money. They are the truth. Went here 2 years straight off of a recommendation. Really good."
