"The company has good customer service, however Tackcoat which I purchased 40 bags of and had applies by over 3 different plaster professionals in 7 rooms was a very poor product. I had personally gone to the headquarters to see this product demonstrated by their trained professionals in a seminar, and wanted to use it in a slightly different application which I detailed at length to the owner who said it would work fine. Unfortunately it was a very very disappointing and irreversible result. The product Tackcoat has very poor ability to set up when skimmed over an old horsehair plaster painted wall or an old horsehair plaster unpainted wall, as well as over a Natural Hydrualic Lime plaster basecoat. Also, unlike a blueboard plaster it had no leveling ability whatsoever. I understand Tackcoat is breathable and that is a good characteristic, but it can not be relied on with any success to skim existing horsehair plaster walls with an even finish. My plasterer noticed the bags I was provided which were purchased only two months prior to application had an expiration date that had already passed a year earlier. I asked Limeworks about this and they said the date on the bags is the date the bags themselves were produced, not the product which I found odd but went along with."

"I've made two online purchases through this location - to be fulfilled by me picking up the order. Clean, efficient online ordering. Informative product descriptions. Both times, the staff at this location have been proactively responsive. The first occasion I had asked for a quick turn on the pick up, first thing the following morning, and they made it happen - seemingly effortlessly. The second time, the associate called me to confirm that my order was received and ready for pick up, and then made sure that her colleagues would be able to assist me upon arrival. The people here seem to be friendly, customer-focused associates. My only gripe is the hidden driveway on a 45 mph highway. I missed it the first time. It's also tricky to get out, and to see traffic from both directions, but especially from the left. Not a big deal, really - especially if that's the only gripe."
