"We ordered top soil and compost delivered on a Friday afternoon for Monday morning delivery. I took the day off work to be there to show them where I wanted the soil dumped. They did not show up at the stated time but did call later to say their truck broke down. The person on the phone said they would deliver the next day by 9AM the following day. 9AM came and went without a delivery or a call. We had to call them. They said their truck was still broke down. Now I've wasted two personal days. When I went for a refund the counter person was complaining about all the business they were losing. I asked why they didn't rent a truck to make their deliveries until their truck was fixed. All he could say was I don't know. This is a completely unreliable company."
