"If I wanted a job as a checker I would apply for one. Not interested in doing business with a company that makes me check myself out. What are you thinking? Statistically speaking you will be ripped off for 30-50 percent on average. Do some research on it. Also I prefer to interact with people that is why I shop in person. I told the manager I wanted to be checked out and if she refused I guarantee I would have left my $300 purchase in the cart and walked out. I had purchased the wrong deck screws that day and when I went in to return them the Pro desk was very helpful and I had no issues. Remember the pandemic will end and when it does I hope you have figured it out as if I am told again to check myself out I will not return again. Get your stuff together"

"They really deserve 0 Stars completely screwed up my online delivery order. Several phone calls by me to try to correct nobody calls you back they do nothing to fix your problem could not accommodate me had to eventually cancel and pursue other options after scheduling time to complete my project whith days off work. Do yourself a favor and use local lumber yards. Never again."

"Orderd lumber on 7/10 they said it would be delivered on 7/17 and it's on my bill says it never came I called home depot and they said it would be delivered now on 7 / 23 un professional next time Lowe's they never did this to me"
