"After multiple emails inquiring about the status of our return, I learned that it was filed without our signatures or knowledge so we had to pay penalties because we were unaware of money being due. There were also multiple mistakes in two returns and when told about the errors, she became extremely rude, called me “crazy” and hung up on me. Refused to send a copy of our return until a full year after receiving payment and after multiple requests over the course of many months. She does not listen but instead talks constantly and complains about not having time to read detailed emails that explain expenses and ask relevant and important questions. Ultimately, after paying her thousands, we are having to pay another tax preparer to amend at least two returns. It’s a big mess and she refuses to take responsibility. A terrible experience on all fronts."
