He did my Mom's taxes for years, when she passed away he charged us more than 5 times what he charged her. He charged us for asking him a question and never told us ahead of time he was charging. He screws people who are grieving. He charged an extra $150 for the tax return estate portion and the tax people sent it back to us because this part wasn't included. We filled it out and filed it and asked him for a refund for that portion, he hung up on us."
