"Bought a Craftsman M260 Self propelled lawn mower May 1, 2021. Began having some unknown type smoking from engine. decided to return. Unfortunately I had passed the 30 day return policy by a couple days. Lowes would not accept return. Gave me phone number of Craftsman. Called them. Told I had to call Briggs Straton for fix. Gave me two Briggs numbers. First one didn't answer phone. ( strike one) second one told me they did not work on Craftsman mowers. ( Strike 2) Still have problem. Lowes did not respond to my situation. ( Strike 3) I'll keep mowing till it breaks. Probably will NEVER buy anything from Lowes again. Have a nice day !!"
