He was able to highlight the benefits of multiple exterior paints ranging from high performers to cost leaders, and eventually helped me narrow down my choice. "very well known for decent paint products , however prices on the paint tend to be higher than competitors and the non paint accessories , brushes , rollers and other tools are MUCH HIGHER than you can find just about anywhere else . Employee knowledge of inventory is very hit or miss ... "Arrived at store, one other person waiting in their car. Ended up waiting for 20 min as customers came and went, picking up their orders without even a hint of my order being ready. Called the store 4 or 5 times but kept getting a busy signal. Could see the two clerks inside on separate phones, busy with everyone else's order but mine. Tried the 800 # (which your website stated had weekend hours) but the automated message told me the office was closed. Finally got the attention of one of the clerks as he came out to drop off another customer's order on the curbside pickup table. Asked him what had happened to my order, reminding him I call earlier because I wanted to add an item that the app didn't have pricing for so couldn't add it via the web. He said that I had to call the store to finalize my order (even though the confirmation email said to just show up with ID and my order # to pick up). I told him I tried calling several times but couldn't get through; he repeated that I had to call in to finalize my order and re-give my credit card info. I offered to give him my CC right then, but he said he couldn't physically take my CC but that I had to phone it in. Once again, I asked how I could do so if the phone lines were busy. At this point he checked with his colleague inside the store (who was on the phone!) and the colleague said that one line was now free. At this point, I could now finally get through with y CC info and finalize my order. A very frustrating and time-wasting experience, exacerbated by the fact that during my 20 min wait outside the store (and I was standing outside the entrance during the entire time, not just sitting in my car), and not once did either of the clerks as they were coming and going ask me who I was and how they could help me. I know COVID has made things difficult for retail businesses everywhere, but this is customer service 101: take notice, be aware, offer assistance. I received none of these courtesies during this visit."

"If you want to get all the paint and supplies you need in one convenient place, then I'd go to Sherwin-Williams. They have so many colors and we found exactly what we wanted. Plus, the service was excellent! Abyana (sorry if I misspelled her name) was very friendly, helpful and efficient."
