"I Purchased close to $2,000 in material here for a fire pit and patio project. I had to make several trips back and forth until I got everything I needed. This place was about 45 minutes from my house making it an hour and a half round trip so I tried to get everything in as few trips as possible. On one of the final trips I asked for a few more bags of gator sand in the same color that I had been buying before to fill in the cracks between rocks on the patio, so I paid for it and drove around. Some of the guys loaded me up and I drove home. It wasn't until I got home that I realized they gave me the wrong stuff. I was a little upset because the place was not right around the corner from me so I called and told them what happened and the employee was apologetic and got permission from the owner to make it right and swap out the bags and even take some money off for the inconvenience. It wasn't until I got there that they started blaming me for everything and said they were not going to give me any money back. I was outraged at this point and drove home. What a waste of time and horrible customer service. I had never felt so disrespected and will not be buying anything here again."
