"I have been there dozens of times. The guys are always helpful, you just have to ask a question. And they are more then fair. I wanted to buy a 3 Amp Hr Milwaukee battery. But they had sold all of their single packs and only had them in the double pack. So the owner cut a pack open sold me one and mart the other as a single for sale. Try getting that kind of treatment at A large store. Not to mention they sell used Dewalt and Milwaukee chargers. As long as they are in good shape and still fully function."
