"Thought the company was going to be great. The logistics manager is wonderful to work with. Moved a load for them about 2 months back now and still haven't received payment for what i was told was a hot load that was important. Had to eat $2,000. A company that does not pay their bills is one you don't want to move freight for. I tried to contact both of their controllers multiple times through email and phone calls. Never returned any of them. EDIT: I just want to edit this and say that we ended up getting paid. We understand the struggles of a start up company, and NEXII is doing great and positive things for the world. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with, and things do get mixed up and payments get delayed in this industry."

"The people were great to work for at one point but when it comes to spineless management and can't understand what anyone is saying, I personally gave my two weeks notice bc I was searching for better work with more pay they let me go the next next day and I was jobless for two weeks thanks to them. Also they promised good insurance and pay raises and we never saw any of it there were people I was working circles around and still I was one of the lowest paid there and when asked for a raise I got told we can't afford that right now. They also owe another outside company over 10k and I know for a fact they still haven't paid them so I suggest no one work for these people."
