"Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in 30+ years in the industry. The younger generation employees there are running that place into the ground. They don't return phone calls,they give out wrong information and just plain don't care. I hope upper management is aware of what's happening and are working on getting someone in there to take responsibility and whip those youngsters into shape or ship them out."
