"Awesome place, with great choices, and for something special seen or heard on the internet, they can order at comparable prices. Professional and courteous."
"Not very organized. I paid for my tile and I've been waiting for 40 minutes for someone to load it. Edit: It ended up taking an hour. It was only 5 boxes of tile. I don't know if they had to make the tile or what took so long."
"We purchased 3 cases (per their calculations) of kitchen backsplash tiles from Arley, only needed 2 cases. Attempted to return the unopened case but they refused to accept the return because they said they have a 30 day return policy. It was 35 days. Nowhere on the receipt does it state a 30 day return policy. Not even polite about it. Planning on redoing our bathroom and was going to use them for the entire job. Not now."
"Worst experience EVER!!! I ordered 4x12 tile and got 3x6 thanks to Samantha and Lynn in the showroom! Returned the boxes the following day. I had to repurchase the correct 4x12 tiles and was told my debit card would be refunded. Drove around to the warehouse where I was was greeted by 2 rude girls at the desk. One told me to unload the tile onto the dock. All 220 lbs of tiles! Guy on forklift took paperwork & drove off to pick the 4x12’s. He returns & sets the 4x12 tiles next the pile I just unloaded from my SUV. He begins to load the returned tiles on forklift so guess what? I have to haul over 200 lbs again. I drove away irate. Check my bank online 4 days later. Still no refund. Call Lynn and was told she took my paperwork to accounting and it would be processed that afternoon. Guess what? It wasn’t! Call back the following day. No Lynn. No Samantha so I ask to speak to someone in accounting. Pam nicely answers. I explain the conversation I had with Lynn. Well Lynn never talked to Pam about processing my refund. Pam found my paperwork near the bottom of the pile and was nice enough to process my refund. She even emailed me a confirmation. I finally received the refund the following day. I wish the rest of the staff at Arley had work ethic like Pam! Thank you again Pam!"
"I was an employee of Arley Wholesale for many years. Retired a few years ago and am currently living in Matthew's North Carolina outside of Charlotte. It was by far the best working experience I have had in my working career. I think about my fellow workers a lot. We always tried to do the best for our customers. Always believed you treat people the way you wanted to be treated."
