"I stopped by to have a traveling document for a minor notarized. I went inside and was greeted by Jeffrey De Los Santos. I put the document on his desk and then handed him my Identification. He verified and then stamped / notarized the form. It didn't take 5 minutes!!! Very knowledgeable, friendly person. He also informed me about services offered there I didn't know about!!! I was back in my car before the parking meter expired (under 10 minutes)!!!! Will return when I need notary work done and will recommend to others."

They messed up my taxes and stimulus my bank account information was put in wrong so my bank rejected my taxes also my address was put in wrong so my taxes was sent to the wrong address I am currently still dealing with this and every time I call this place they either don’t answer don’t bother to call back if I do get through and they are 100% clueless to they own work to even help me out they do not care about the customer only to get you to file for they benefits I don’t recommend this place and I will never go here again because of them I doubt I deal with H&R Block period I had to fill out a 1040 to correct my address to get my taxes and stimulus the third because the owner who filed my taxes said I didn’t receive my second when they was the one who mailed me my second check and far as my taxes since H&R Block is the ones who are sending my taxes in a check it won’t be coming to my correct address regardless of the 1040 because it isn’t the irs... H&R Block who got my address wrong who sent out my taxes thanks to my filer JUAN PENA!! and the lack of care and professionalism from his son who’s to into himself then work and caring for the customer I am dealing with they careless mistakes and GOING THROUGH IT!!"
