"If you want to be talked down to with an attitude from the ignorant son who is taking over, look no further! I haven't been talked to this badly in years. If only I could give -5 stars, I would! You're better off driving an hour away or trying to do repair/maintenance work yourself instead of setting foot in this place. As you can see, they used to work on my tractor, but now he (son) got mad that I even dared bring it in this year for maintenance. I usually do it myself, but thought I'd have it professionally looked at again. He said it's too old now, too difficult to get parts, a lie because I found the belt in only 5 min online as well as just about every part that makes up my tractor. All I needed was blades sharpened, a new belt, and it greased up. But no, I got attitude instead, so guess who's never coming back!"
"I was having trouble with my chainsaw, so I took it there to be looked at. Turned out to be a much quicker and easier fix than I anticipated. The two gentlemen I talked with were both very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I have moderate chainsaw knowledge and they answered all of my questions and even showed me a few other new things. I won't hesitate to go back there again."

"Will not go wrong doing business with Hildebrand's! They are top-notch for sales and service! Delivery of our new simplicity regent was very easy and accommodating. I had them take in our old regent for service and to address an idle issue. We just got it delivered to us after only being in the shop for a few days and it is like a totally different mower! Runs and idles perfectly! Definitely a new customer for life!!"
