"0 STARS - I don't even know how to begin... Although I cannot comment on this business' ability to file taxes, I can comment on their ability (or brutal lack of thereof) to help a human being on their property in a life or death situation. I was in a terrible auto accident right in front of the H&R Block on Beth Bath Pike on February 2nd, 2023. After struggling to free myself from being trapped in my vehicle, I limped my way to the door of the H&R Block where a female employee was standing behind a locked glass door. My phone had died in the accident and I need a charger or phone to call 911 and to alert a family member that I was just in an accident. The H&R Block employee stared at me and the chaos of the accident through the door and refused to open the door as I waved for help. Once I finally got to the door (still locked with her standing behind it watching) I asked through the door if she had a charger or a phone I could use to call for help. This woman refused to open the door or help me with a charger or phone to call 911. I limped away and sat on the street until the police arrived. Heartless, cruel, and very disturbing..."
