"I ordered a lovely flower arrangement off Blossom's website for my sister's birthday. I received photos of the arrangement from my sister. To my dismay, the arrangement in the photos she sent looked NOTHING like the arrangement I ordered off their website. (I understand florists, at times, must substitute varieties and colors of flowers, but the arrangement my sister received was a totally different shape and size). I spoke with the manager of customer service and advised her of this dilemma. The manager stated that the arrangement is beautiful, as is, and that there was nothing else she could do to help me. Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service. Buyer beware!"

For a mid-late fall wedding, I didn't have a specific color or flower type request for my wedding. I fully trusted Fran to execute a vision of soft and romantic fall colors and she delivered. Our guests were blown away by the centerpieces. They were truly a spectacular sight that transformed our venue. All floral elements we requested for the church and various other placements around our venue aside from the centerpieces coordinated beautifully. The attention to detail was just exquisite and it was such a joy to wake up to some of the florals in my home the day after the wedding as a reminder of how special our wedding day was."
