"I did call but nothing was really done, “ I’ll inform our dispatcher” is all I was told. Their delivery driver had to park right next to a literally the only car on that entire road blocking the entire road, when I beeped, I got grown men screaming at me to hang on. The driver saw me coming before he even got out of the truck so he did not have to block the way it’s not like I just appeared while they were in the middle of a delivery. He got out of the car and turned it off when I was sitting right in front of him. Causing my elderly mother to have to walk almost 1/2 a block to get to me. I’m not their customer and never will be. I don’t know how they are as a business, but if their delivery drivers are a reflection of their business, says a lot."

"I absolutely love this place! Now during the winter months we are out of state. We have a major project and adding an addition starting at the end of April beginning of May in our home Jamestown. I want to get on the website which advertises that they have one, but they don’t have one! What the heck? I need to go through and look for a lot of products for this addition. I don’t want to go to Home Depot… If you don’t have a website don’t say you do… If you have a website put it up…what the heck?"
