I explained exactly what I wanted and had all the information they would need to make it happen. Lockdown happens, NO commination. Fast-forward to PA going green. I waited couple weeks, got the call they were done, paid for them and then realized it wasn't entirely what I had asked for. I don't know what the going rate is to figure out JUST local taxes for a year or two, it seemed steep though and left it at that."
